Login FAQ

The Members Directory is accessible to everyone, however only members can access other members’ profiles on the directory. The calendar and resource database are restricted to members only.

You can reset your password by clicking on ‘Forgot your password?’ in the top right corner of the login form. 

This means the ID you are using to log in is incorrect. Make sure that the username or email you are using to log in is the right one and is spelt correctly.

Sometimes if your account is used to log in from various places and devices, you may be prompted to verify your account. In this case, an automated email containing a link will be sent to the account email. Click on this link and verify your account. If you have not recieved the email, check your spam folder.
